Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival + Leisure Nature Time
- Arrival at Ramnagar
- Check-in at selected budget hotel or resort
- Welcome drink (non-alcoholic)
- Time for rest or walk around nearby forest trails
- Evening bonfire (subject to weather and resort policy)
- Dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Morning Safari + Departure
- Wake up early for optional jeep safari (subject to availability & permits)
- Return to resort for breakfast
- Leisure time or visit nearby sightseeing points (Garjiya Temple / Kosi River area)
- Check-out and departure
Note: Safari inside the park is subject to forest department rules, permit availability and slot allocation.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- 30 days before arrival – 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 15 days to 29 days before arrival – 60% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 07 days to 14 days before arrival – 70% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 02 days to 06 days before arrival – 90% of the booking cost will be charged.
- Under 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
Note: As per Corbett Tiger Reserve rules, Jeep Safari, Canter Safari and Night Stay permit charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
- Role of Operator: Corbett Travel Experts is a private travel facilitator and does not represent the government or forest department.
- ID Requirement:: All guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID for check-in & safari permits.
- Safari Permits:: Safari bookings depend on forest department availability. We assist in facilitation but cannot guarantee permits until allotted.
- Check-in/Check-out:: Standard check-in after 12 PM; check-out before 10:30 AM (may vary by resort).
- Payments:: Advance payment required to confirm booking. Pending amount to be settled at check-in or as instructed.
- Conduct & Safety:: Guests must follow resort rules and safety instructions during all activities.
- Force Majeure:: Corbett Travel Experts is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, government orders, natural events or situations beyond control.
- Liability:: The operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.
