This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through Corbett Travel Experts ("we", "us", "our"). We aim to maintain clear communication and transparency in all refund and cancellation matters.

Corbett Travel Experts is a 'private travel assistance and coordination service'. We are not an official authority of Corbett Tiger Reserve. Safari permits, government fees and forest entry rules are controlled by the forest department and are typically **non-refundable** once issued.

1. Safari Permits & Government Fees

All safari permits (jeep, canter, night stay) are issued by the forest department. Once a permit is booked or confirmed:

• No refund is allowed for permit charges.
• This includes jeep safari permits, canter safari permits, night-stay permits and government entry fees.
• Permit dates, zones and guest names cannot be changed after confirmation.

2. Resort / Hotel Bookings

Refunds for resort bookings depend on the individual resort's cancellation policy. Typically:

• 15–30 days before check-in: Partial refund may be possible after deducting retention charges.
• 7–14 days before check-in: 25–50% cancellation charges may apply.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund may be applicable as per resort policy.

Exact refund amount is confirmed only after the resort specifies applicable deductions.

3. Tour Packages

For full tour packages (stay + food + safari + transport):

• Refund components depend on multiple service providers.
• Safaris and government fees remain non-refundable.
• Hotel and transport refund amounts depend on their respective policies.
• Service charges and coordination fees are non-refundable.

4. No-Show & Early Check-out

No refunds are provided in case of:

• No-show on the day of check-in or safari.
• Late arrival causing missed safari timings.
• Early check-out from the hotel or forest rest house.

5. Natural Conditions & Force Majeure

No refund can be offered if services are disrupted due to:

• Bad weather or heavy rainfall
• Roadblocks or landslides
• Forest department closures
• Wildlife movement restrictions
• Strikes or emergencies

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 working days, depending on the service providers involved. Bank or payment gateway processing timelines may vary.
