Important Notes & Booking Process
- All bookings require guest names, ages and valid ID for permit processing.
- Canter slots are subject to park allotment - we will apply and confirm once the forest authority approves the slot.
- Peak season bookings should be made well in advance to secure desired dates.
- Local transfers (hotel ? assembly point) are provided within agreed radius; extra transfer charges apply beyond that.
- Corbett Travel Experts acts as a private travel facilitator and is not a government or park authority.
Terms & Conditions (Clear & Google-Ads Friendly)
- Authority & Facilitation: Corbett Travel Experts facilitates bookings and logistics. Park permits, entry approvals and operational rules are governed by the forest department.
- Identification: Guests must carry the same government-issued photo ID used during booking and present it at the park gate.
- Payments: Advance payment is required to confirm operator services. Park permit fees may be collected separately or paid by guests at entry, as applicable.
- Cancellation & Refund: Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days prior; 50% refund for cancellations 3-6 days prior; no refund within 48 hours of scheduled departure. If the park cancels due to safety or regulatory reasons, we will offer full refund or reschedule options.
- Rescheduling: Subject to slot availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled canter.
- Health & Safety: Pregnant travellers and those with serious medical conditions should avoid safaris; notify us of any medical concerns at booking.
- Conduct: Guests must follow park rules and guide instructions. Misconduct may result in ejection without refund.
- Limitations: Corbett Travel Experts liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. Consequential losses are excluded.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural events, government orders, strikes, pandemics or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and disputes fall under local jurisdiction.
