The Corbett Group Tour is designed to offer value, safety and memorable wildlife experiences for groups of all sizes. Packages can be tailored for 1-3 days or extended stays and include shared or private safari options (jeep or canter), group accommodation, local transfers and a dedicated coordinator to manage permits and on-ground arrangements. Park permits and slot allotments are handled through the forest department; we facilitate the process and keep you informed during booking.
Duration
Options: 2 Days / 1 Night (weekend), 3 Days / 2 Nights (short break), or custom multi-day itineraries for larger groups.
Itinerary - 3 Days / 2 Nights
Day 1: Arrival at Ramnagar ; Group check-in at hotel/resort ; Orientation & safety briefing ; Evening nature walk / team activity ; Dinner.
Day 2: Early morning Jeep Safari or Dhikala Canter (as per booking and permit) ; Return for breakfast ; Team lunch ; Afternoon team-building activity or short jeep safari (optional) ; Bonfire & local cultural program (optional) ; Overnight.
Day 3: Optional morning birdwalk / village visit ; Breakfast ; Check-out and departure.

Exclusions
- Government park entry & permit charges (collected separately)
- Transport to/from Ramnagar unless booked
- Optional activities and personal expenses
- Insurance, tips and taxes unless specified
- Any service not listed under inclusions
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- 30 days before arrival – 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 15 days to 29 days before arrival – 60% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 07 days to 14 days before arrival – 70% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 02 days to 06 days before arrival – 90% of the booking cost will be charged.
- Under 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
Note: As per Corbett Tiger Reserve rules, Jeep Safari, Canter Safari and Night Stay permit charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
- Operator Role: Corbett Travel Experts is a private travel facilitator and not a government or park authority.
- Permits: Park entry permits and safari allocations are issued by the forest department; operator facilitation does not guarantee permit allotment until confirmed by authorities.
- ID Requirement: All guests must carry valid photo ID at check-in and at park entry.
- Health & Fitness: Inform us of any medical conditions. Some safaris involve uneven terrain and early starts.
- Conduct: Guests must adhere to guide and park instructions; misconduct may lead to removal without refund.
- Payments: Advance payment secures bookings; remaining balance may be collected on arrival as per invoice.
- Force Majeure: The operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes due to weather, government directives, natural disasters, strikes or events beyond reasonable control.
- Liability: Operator liability is limited to the amount paid for the package; consequential losses are excluded.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and disputes fall under local jurisdiction.
