Day 1 - Arrival & Orientation
Arrive Ramnagar ; Transfer to the pre-booked lodge near Gairal / buffer zone ; Welcome & local briefing ; Evening nature walk around the lodge area ; Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 2 - Dhikala Canter Safari & Gairal Stay
Early morning pickup ; Dhikala Canter Safari (morning slot) exploring grasslands and river belts ; Return to lodge for lunch ; Leisure / optional short jeep safari in approved nearby zone (subject to availability) ; Evening riverfront walk and night at Gairal-area lodge or forest rest house (as per permit).
Day 3 - Morning Nature Activity & Departure
Early morning birdwatching or guided nature walk ; Breakfast ; Check-out and transfer to Ramnagar / onward destination.

Important Notes
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- 30 days before arrival – 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 15 days to 29 days before arrival – 60% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 07 days to 14 days before arrival – 70% of the booking cost will be charged.
- 02 days to 06 days before arrival – 90% of the booking cost will be charged.
- Under 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
Note: As per Corbett Tiger Reserve rules, Jeep Safari, Canter Safari and Night Stay permit charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
- Facilitator Role: Corbett Travel Experts acts as a private travel facilitator. We are not a government or park authority.
- Permits & Allotment: Dhikala canter seats and forest rest house stays are allocated by the forest department. We assist with applications but cannot guarantee allotment until confirmed by authorities.
- Identification: All guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID at time of reporting.
- Health: Inform us of any medical conditions. Pregnant travellers or persons with serious mobility issues should avoid certain activities.
- Conduct: Guests must obey park rules and guide instructions; failure to comply may result in termination without refund.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to weather, government orders, natural calamities, strikes or events beyond reasonable control.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. Consequential losses are excluded.
- Payments: All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees as per the invoice.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and local jurisdiction.
