1. Nature of Services

Corbett Travel Experts is a **private travel facilitation team** offering assistance with:

• Jim Corbett safari planning and information
• Hotel and resort suggestions
• Tour package coordination
• Group and family trip arrangements

We are not a government authority and do not issue forest permits. Safari permits, zone allocations and night-stay permissions are handled solely by the forest department.

2. Safari Permits & Forest Rules

All safari-related terms are governed by Corbett Tiger Reserve / forest department. Once a permit is booked:

• It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Guest names, dates and zones cannot be changed.
• Safari routes are assigned at the discretion of forest officials.

Guests must follow all forest safety guidelines and reporting timings. Late reporting may lead to missed safaris with no refund.

3. Resort & Hotel Bookings

Resort bookings are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective properties. Cancellation charges, retention fees and refund eligibility will depend on the resort's rules.

Any issues related to amenities, check-in processes or property-specific matters are handled directly by the concerned hotel/resort.

4. Payments & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment requested. Payment of an advance indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Safari permits require full advance payment.
• Resort bookings may require 30–100% advance depending on the season.
• Transport or add-on activities must be paid as communicated.

5. Booking Modifications

Once confirmed, modifications to dates, guests or services may not be possible. Changes depend entirely on availability and service provider policies.

Safari permits cannot be modified after booking under any circumstances.

6. Responsibilities of Guests

• Provide accurate details for safari permits and hotel bookings.
• Follow all safety instructions inside forest zones.
• Report at safari gates on time.
• Carry valid ID proof (government-approved).
• Respect wildlife and avoid prohibited activities.

7. Limitations of Liability

Corbett Travel Experts is not responsible for:

• Forest department decisions related to zone closure or permit cancellation.
• Weather-related interruptions including rain, landslides or roadblocks.
• Wildlife sightings (which can never be guaranteed).
• Resort services, amenities, food quality or property management issues.
• Transport delays or third-party service disruptions.

We provide coordination and support but are not liable for events beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation will be made for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Road closures or landslides
• Pandemics or health advisories
• Government restrictions
• Wildlife movement restrictions
